James Thomas is based in Narrabri working as a rural property agent for Nutrien as well as operating an independent valuation company specialising in land and water assets.  

Having been working in the property industry for the last 10 years he holds a bachelor of Property (Majoring in valuation) from Central Queensland University and is currently undertaking his MBA through a research thesis aiming to identify the capital growth rates in farming country in North West NSW and what factors have been driving them.
