Martin Stuart provides specialist expertise in the areas of spatial data analysis, data standards, cartography, bathymetric survey and web mapping which support NRAR’s intelligence led approach to regulation.

Martin has successfully applied his broad knowledge and experience in the principles of natural resource management and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to achieve practical solutions within the private and public sectors.  He has worked as a consultant, with both the NSW and QLD state governments, local government and internationally with the Scottish Natural Heritage.
