Ash Salardini is the Chief Economist and General Manager of the National Farmers’ Federation, the national peak body for the agriculture industry. In this role, Ash has represented the industry on a broad spectrum of supply chain issues including maritime logistics, land transportation, first and last mile issues, and specific issues relating to liquid fuels and availability of inputs.
Ash has previously worked as an economist with the Australasian Railway Association and NSW Farmers’ Association, and has central government agency experience having worked for the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Ash holds degrees in Economics, Law and International Studies from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
