Ruth Logan is the Education Program Facilitator for the It’s a Bloke Thing Foundation. Ruth comes from a rural background with family involved in both cotton and cattle production. She has had many family members experience prostate cancer and is passionate about improving the health of rural men and women.

The Wagners’ It’s a Bloke Thing roadshow travels through rural and remote Queensland and the NT encouraging men and women to start the conversation around prostate cancer.

Ruth particularly enjoys the challenge of translating medical science and jargon into health messages using language that blokes relate to and can understand. Prostate cancer is a big deal for all blokes and especially rural blokes.
