Emma Dennis is Senior Manager for Sustainable Agricultural Practice at Better Cotton. She supports the evolution of Better Cotton’s global approach to capacity building as it seeks to deliver greater impact at scale. Emma is also part of the team responsible for the design and delivery of Better Cotton’s 2030 Impact Targets – one of Better Cotton’s key instruments for measuring positive change. Prior to joining Better Cotton, Emma led the technical team at Farm Africa, a rural development organisation seeking to reduce smallholder poverty in East Africa. She is a professionally registered agronomist and advised farmers in the UK before moving into the sustainability and development sector.
