McDONALD Nicole

Dr Nicole McDonald PhD is a recipient of a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship through the CRDC and a member of the Australian Collaboratory for Career Employability and Learning for Living (ACCELL) based at the University of Southern Queensland. Her applied research and development work is focused on the Australian cotton industry’s future workforce requirements. This research extends from her doctoral thesis which adapted the Social Cognitive Career Theory Model of Job Satisfaction to the Australian cotton farm context. She is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia and the AgriFutures Ignite network.
