Rick Lambell has over a decade experience working with organisations to create value from sustainability and enhance social performance. His career spans research, teaching, management consulting and corporate sustainability roles. He is currently leading the development and implementation of Wesfarmers Department Stores’ (Kmart and Target Australia) sustainable development program, including overseeing the implementation of both brands’ 100% more sustainable cotton commitments and transition to myBMP certified cotton and Better Cotton across their global supply chain.
