Oliver Knox has spent most of the last 20 years looking at things that live in soil. Oliver’s first foray into cotton was between 2003 and 2008 when he worked for CSIRO looking at whether the GM status of our cotton plants influenced the soil microbial community. Since 2014 Oliver has been continuing to try and understand the relationship between cotton and nitrogen and to continue to look at the microbes that we find dwelling in our cotton fields and around our cotton roots.
